Pulled in today with a puncture 30 miles into my ride, pouring with rain. I was welcomed in and lent some tools to get me going again. A proper bike shop to support riders, thanks again. And sorry for making your shop wet!

Chase cycles fixed my giant electric bike and they were absolutely fantastic - they went above and beyond to find a few additional bits the bike was missing and they kindly made an attachment to keep my cables neat. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Great cycle shop with first rate customer service from Aaron. Have had repairs and service carried out on my 2 road bikes and mountain bike over several years and always found the jobs well done and at a reasonable price. Great to support the local bike shop 👍

Have gone to a few bike stores locally over the years, but none as good as Chase. Aaron's knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and efficient. He gives you time and he does what he says he's going to do. Stores like Chase Cycles are exactly the reason why it's better to buy local rather than just go for the cheapest online deal. The customer service and after care from Aaron has been first rate. Have and will continue to reccomend anyone and everyone that needs help with their bike. Update a couple of years on from buying my bike: There's a bike shop a 10 min walk from where I live. I continue to drive 25 mins to take my bike to Chase. I think that says it all.

Always helpful and useful source of advice. My e-mtb motor packed in and Aaron sorted the replacement even though not a Haibike dealer, fitted it and ensured it was smooth running. Same level of service/support for my other bikes.

I went into Chase Cycles to ask advice about upgrading my bike with hydraulic brakes and extra gears. Aaron's opinion was that I should use the Shimano GRX system. Everything was fitted quickly after delivery and all worked extremely well first time. Many thanks to your team Aaron!

Having once worked for Clive Stuart Cycles, I am pretty clued up around bikes. But now as a disabled pensioner, handling tools is beyond me. I had bought an electric bike on line, but it needed assembling. A call to Aaron at Chace Cycles, was the best move I made. From day 1, I was kept updated on progress and when a glitch was discovered, they called me for confirmation to continue the work. Superb service and a wonderful company for total commitment to repair and rebuild. Wonderful work, great pricing (£££s) less than I was expecting to pay. Highly recommended and I would not hesitate to use Aaron and the team again. I don't know if there is a team, but the standard of work is phenomenal.

It is a rarity for me to write reviews. Aaron at Chase is a legend !! He has helped me immeasurably in all matters of Mountain Biking since first meeting him and purchasing my first bike with him in 2011 at a previous shop. ( Have purchased five more since then ) The aftercare service I’ve received is highly valued and unique in this day and age. He has tremendous patience with all customers and I can not recommend him more highly enough as a “go to” shop for all bike repair work and bike purchasing. I’d be amazed if you are disappointed.
