I cannot recommend Belinda enough, from trial to the big day she made it the best experience. Mine and my bridal party's make up was beautiful and stayed on perfectly throughout an emotional and hot day! Belinda made sure I was completely happy and comfortable in my make up and gave loads of great advice on skincare and makeup application as well. Belinda was such a fun and calming presence and made all the difference to my day. Thank you so much.

When I started Pizzazz Me Fitness I thought it might work for me as I am not inclined to go to a gym. A taster session meant there was no pressure to sign up before making the decision. After just one session I felt the benefit of half an hour of stretching and exercising. It is energising! Now I recognise the improvement of balance, muscle strength and awareness of how everyone can gain from joining Belinda’s classes. The Movement and Mobility classes online are fun and friendly, so I like to join the class for half an hour, twice a week. When I can’t be around for the set time, I always aim to follow the recording that Belinda makes readily available. I’m sure if more people tried it they would be hooked but they won’t know until they give it a go! I have also been using Mary Kay products from Belinda, for many years. I’ve had no need or wish to change to an alternative brand because I have confidence in Mary Kay. When I have a skincare/makeup query I value the advice which Belinda is always ready to give. There is no pressure to buy. In my experience the concerns of customer’s health and well-being has been more evident.

Belinda is an amazing, professional and dedicated teacher. She knows her trade inside out and makes the fitness sessions fun as well as challenging. She is highly motivating and approachable, encouraging each of her attendees to do their personal best. She is on a mission to get us all fit and to stay flexible. I have been attending her Salsafit classes for years now. When I had a foot injury, I tried some of the non- impact classes instead and now I do hula hooping (only learned through Belinda), circuits, toning and abs focus, as well as Salsafit, online, something available since the first lockdown. As all recordings are available, one can exercise at any time to suit oneself. Added to all this, the monthly cost is more than reasonable. Jackie

I attend online exercise classes with Belinda and have been for a few years now. I attend the online zoom sessions of 'All over Toning' and 'Mini circuits'. The classes have been an excellent way to keep me fit and making sure I am planning exercise in my week, if I can't make the live sessions the recordings are an excellent way of doing them later in the week. Belinda always gives clear instructions and helps me understand which muscle groups to use and how to use them correctly, plus why they are important for posture strength and flexibility. The classes are always fun too and you feel part of a family. I can highly recommend Belindas style commitment and motivational skills.

Not a place, but a person: Belinda Butler, qualified and very experienced trainer and dance instructor, has been conducting hydrotherapy and dry land mobility sessions for me and many others (live, but on Zoom), since I was referred to her by a physiotherapist about 3 years ago. The pool treatment cured the sciatica, and is pleasant to do, so I've stayed, since, adding two movement & mobility sessions per week. I'm 73, I have 4 replaced joints (arthritis), so this regime keeps me flexible and stronger than I was, and I enjoy it! I unhesitatingly recommend Belinda's cheery sessions.

My husband (85) and I enjoy the twice weekly online Zoom sessions for Movement and Mobility with Belinda. We feel the sessions are very beneficial in keeping our bodies moving and more flexible, but also improving balance and, most important, fun.
