Called Sue at 11am today to enquire about having a delivery this week (we were in no rush as our log burner is being installed as we speak). Sue enquired as to how quickly we would like them delivered, and I said there was no rush... she replied with “would within the hour be OK?” If that is “no rush” then I look forward to seeing if Sue can be at the end of my drive by the time I hang the phone up next time!!!! The logs are dry (between 12 and 20% moisture content having measured them) and a good mix of sizes! I haven’t burnt them yet but based on the moisture levels I’m sure there will be no issues! P.S - a “small load” is huge!!!

Brilliant service . I have contacted other log suppliers recently and not even had a response . I phoned Sue Thursday at 10 am and the logs were on our drive by 12 . What a lovely load of quality logs . Thank you Sue .

Hoff Logs have supplied us with logs and kindling with two or three full loads each year for the past 5 years. The delivery has been always been on the day and time agreed and with a pleasant and warm welcoming manner making the delivery hassle free.
