Breathe Pilates is the perfect place if you’re a beginner or more advanced. I have been going to Jake for over a year now and have loved every second of his style of teaching. Each session with Jake is varied and well planned out, if you’re looking to feel the Pilates burn, look no further. The studio is very cosy and welcoming and both Jake and Amelia are fabulous instructors with heaps of knowledge. Couldn’t recommend them enough 😊

I’ve been doing Pilates for a few weeks now with Amelia doing mat classes, today I could actually touch my toes! My flexibility has increased & I thought I was strong as I normally lift weights but Pilates has given me strength in other ways which is amazing! Amelia is the loveliest kindest soul & best teacher, she’s so naturally welcoming & really puts you at ease, thank you thank you, thank you xx

Amelia is amazing and I have enjoyed every single one of my weekly classes so far. She is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and puts you at ease as soon as you step foot in the door. I could not recommend Amelia enough to anyone who is looking to start Pilates or those who want to exercise during pregnancy. I am already looking forward to come back for post-natal classes!

Amazing studio! Both Amelia and Jake are great instructors who make you feel welcome and relaxed during every session. They are knowledgeable and offer a variety of classes, I have attended Mat, Reformer and pop up sessions including sunset/outdoor Pilates and wellness days. Such a variety for all abilities, cant recommend Breathe enough :)

Having done years of weight training & cardio, with very little mobility work, my back began screaming for help which is what pushed me in Amelia’s direction and I started my Pilates journey at Breathe! Since having one reformer session a week (and the odd additional mat class) for the past two years, I can proudly say that I have had ZERO issues with my back and I can safely put it down to my sessions at Breathe. A calming yet effective workout which is good for the mind, body and soul…and a bad back! I will continue to recommend Breathe to everyone and anyone - the best around without a doubt!

After pulling my back, I asked my sports therapist how to prevent my back going again and she suggested Pilates. I had recently moved to the area so my search began and thankfully I found Breathe Pilates. I have attended the mat classes at Curdridge Reading Rooms on a weekly basis since and always felt welcomed, Amelia is very encouraging and interested in each of her clients. I have experienced the benefits of Pilates first hand. My aches and pains have reduced significantly with no back pain and my mobility has also improved. I’m able to join in with all the activities my grandchildren ask me to do. So pleased I found Breathe Pilates and will and do recommend them to everyone. Thanks Amelia and Jake.

I couldn’t recommend Breathe Pilates enough!!! From 1:1s/2:1s to the group mat sessions, both Amelia and Jake are so so knowledgable and so good at what they do and really care about you. The equipment is excellent and clean. I always feel so great after one of their classes!!!! 😁

I have been part of Breathe Pilates mat classes since Amelia started. It has seen me through many stages of my life, good and bad. It feels like a family when I go along. Amelia is a natural teacher - she is always so positive and supportive. I can’t recommend enough.

Breathe Pilates gives me that bit of ‘me’ time away from parenting two small children. It’s a little sanctuary where I get to focus on my body & mind. I’ve been using Breathe Pilates for over a year now and have found my exercise! Jake is fantastic and will really support and push your capabilities with reformer, Amelia is great and a clear instructor for mat Pilates. I’ve loved it so much I’ve squeezed in drop in sessions where I can, and they’ve been so understanding when I’ve needed to change my membership / commitment. Pilates in the Park and their wellness mornings are a real treat too! They’re both so knowledgeable and friendly, it really feels like a safe space. The best!

I have been going to Breath Pilates classes for several years. Starting with group floor classes to improve my core strength and posture and later I started reformer sessions to help regain balance and my muscle tone after a knee op. I now try to go to both floor and reformer classes every week with Amelia to keep fit and maintain all the improvements I have made. I happily see Jake for Reformer classes too . The flexibility of classes and teachers means I can fit classes around changing work commitments. The best result I have had from going to Breath Pilates classes though was to tone up my bingo wings so that I could confidently wear a strappy dress at my daughter’s wedding!
