I am just starting my raw food journey with my two small dogs. Came in today to ask for advice and was pleased to see a good range of foods. The lady there was very helpful, and suggest tripe for first week, then turkey and tripe for another and then full turkey. If all is good then introduced new proteins. I came away with a month worth of food, some salmon oil and pate. Thanks for making my first experience a pleasant one. Will bring my dogs with me next time and hopefully get a new protein as well. Thanks again.

Extremely helpful & Knowledgable. We went to the Raw Pet Food Pantry on a Sunday (thank you for being open BTW!) And the owner of the shop's daughter (sorry I can't remember your name!?) helped us so much, we were asking every question under the sun as new puppy owners and she was so incredibly helpful and knowledgable. This is a right gem of a store to find, recently converted to raw. 3/4 weeks in and the staff are so lovely and really know their stuff. Today I had issues with getting to my local store for food for my two dogs. That wasn’t an issue rung them up and they delivered it straight away, utterly amazing service!! Absolute gem of a shop!! Huge range of food and treats-with no nasty bits!!! The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly always happy to help no matter how busy they are, they have doggy scales and weight records, food diary’s, toys, leads, the lot, it’s a proper one stop shop for everything Bruce and buddie love coming to see everyone (and getting treats)

I had never been a raw feeder until I purchased a new lurcher puppy and the breeder introduced me to the Raw Pet Food Pantry. Packaged in convenient 450g oblong packages it fits neatly into the freezer. I can't believe I ever thought raw feeding was less convenient or smelly and messy. My dog has thrived on a diet of the mixed trays that I buy and in addition enjoys top ups of fish, tripe cubes and other delicacies. I happily recommend Raw Pet Food Pantry to anyone and my mother now weans her Labrador puppies on to it too.

just tried this shop for the first time and was very pleasantly surprised by the choice of animal food. the prices were very reasonable and it was great that we could take our dog in, although he went a bit gaga at the smells. the lady who served us was very friendly and polite and helped us no end as this is our first time buying raw dog food, but not our last. thank you

After many searches on google! Found this place and this was the only place that stocked what I needed , service was 💯👌🏼 wether it was a Facebook message to a query they delivered! Above and beyond they went! I nearly overstayed my welcome thanks to (Vicky) I think her name was , hospitality was perfect , it’s these little business that make the bigger places look silly!
