I have used silver lakes twice in the last couple of weeks, I found them professional , and knowledgeable. I would recommend giving them a call prior to buying new parts .

Brilliant! Has many different vehicles ready to be dismantled, the yard is clean and tidy and all the vehicles are readily accessible for individuals to remove specific parts. Remember to bring your tool kits. Payment is at a desk for cash and card with friendly staff and good service. Fully recommend Silverlake for spare parts.

Clean and tidy, not working in oily puddles. All cars laid out on concrete. Never had any problems with this salvage yard. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.

If your staff are not willing to help a customer 15 minutes before your closing time as advertised here on google then may I suggest your company make your advertised closing time 15 minutes earlier than what is stated. GIven that we had a 40 minute trip to your place of business which wasted our time and travel cost too, a 1 star review is being kind. wake up, useless!

Fantastic experience from start to finish , great price paid to scrap my vehicle , great staff , easy process , best price offered by any scrap dealer . Would 100% recommend to any one . 10/10 , five stars .

Such an infuriating company to deal with. The first time I tried to use them to scrap a car they offered a really low ball price compared to everyone else. Second time they offered me an OK price then said they could collect a week later which was the soonest (despite being 10 miles from them). Everyone else in the area collects within hours. Finally try to buy a part from them, they're selling a used and damaged body panel for twice as much as euro car parts sell it brand new. I give up for third and final time.

I ordered a spare part and the wrong part was sent even though I entered all the vehicle information! No one was interested in the return. Think twice before ordering!

Terrible customer service and very disappointing in the way they deal with their customers. Won a car in auction on Friday afternoon. First thing Monday morning I called to arrange Pick up and ultimately I wasn’t satisfied with the way customer services handled my query and responded towards me. Having read reviews online beforehand I wasn’t surprised. Moving forward I Informed the person whom I spoke with that I will make the payment which was £11976 the next day and I will collect the vehicle the following day and everything was done. As I was making the payment the following day I realised they had suspended my account. Got in touch with their customer support team once again and they didn’t provide me with a solution and started putting the blame on me for which I had previously spoken to customer service to arrange the date of payment and pick up. I explained everything to Wayne that I have purchased a Vehicle for £11976 and I would like to make a payment but he insisted that I pay £30 extra late payment or they will close my account. Im shocked and disappointed as a business owner my self that they are happy to lose a customer for life and damage their reputation for £30 when I’m happy to spend nearly £12000 in one purchase and it’s not even my fault. For me the £30 is not the issue, it’s the principal behind it where I feel I have been treated incorrectly for a late payment I was ready to pay as scheduled anyway. As a result, I’m very disappointed and I’m happy not to buy ever again business and get my account closed. All they think about it money I’m happy for them to close my account I won’t like to do business with them ever again. Please stay away Service: Vehicle purchasing

Good company to deal with direct and lovely staff. I'm in the trade purchased a vehicle and the lady that took my call was professional and polite management sorted out a small issue and very professional. I will buy from them again and recommend them keep up the good work !!
